Return & Refund Policy

At Elitepad, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations.
However, as a small and carefully managed brand, we can only provide refunds or replacements under specific, verifiable circumstances as outlined below.


Eligibility for Return or Replacement

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must request it within 30 days of receiving your order and meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet these conditions or appears invalid.

If your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

All returns must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense; we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Photo Verification for Refunds or Replacements

Before we proceed with any refund, replacement, or claim for a damaged or defective item, customers are required to provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
This helps us verify the problem and guide you with the next best resolution.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued without valid visual proof of the problem or without approval from our team.
Refund requests based on personal preference, change of mind, or “not as expected” will not be accepted.


Pre-Orders and Custom Products

Pre-ordered or custom items can be refunded only if the product has not entered production.
Once the item is under creation or production (as per the stated creation date on the product page), refunds or cancellations are not allowed.

Placing a pre-order indicates your understanding that fulfillment will begin only after the creation date.
Our stated shipping/processing timeframes apply after that date.


Lost or Missing Packages

Elitepad is not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with your mail carrier, neighbors, or building management/mailroom.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us — we’ll file a claim with the carrier.
Based on the carrier’s outcome, we may or may not be able to replace your order.


Incorrect or Insufficient Address

We ship orders to the exact address provided at checkout.
Elitepad is not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address details.

Refunds or reshipments will not be issued in such cases.
If your order is still in transit and the address needs to be updated, we’ll do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed.


Damages or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos or videos showing the issue.
We’ll review the evidence and provide the best resolution — either a replacement or refund if applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund on your account.


Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by emailing us at Elitepadteam@gmail.com.
For custom-made items, cancellations are only allowed within 2 days of placing the order.
Once production begins, cancellations and refunds cannot be processed.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
